Jessica Way

OWNER • HEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST
My journey into physiotherapy began with a netball injury in high school, where my own rehabilitation experience sparked a fascination that quickly grew into a genuine love for the profession. I graduated top of my class from the University of Cape Town in 2020 and have since built my career across hospitals, sports fields and private practice, developing a deep passion for musculoskeletal health and helping people return to the activities they love.
As a runner, swimmer, gym-goer and racket sport enthusiast myself, I understand firsthand what it means to be injured, frustrated and desperate to get back. Being a part of a patient's recovery journey and restoring pain-free movement is exactly what makes my work so deeply rewarding.
I take a hands-on, educational approach - because I believe that understanding your body is just as powerful as treating it. Whether you're recovering from an injury, preparing for a race, or simply ready to invest in your body - whatever your goal, I'm here to help you get there.
